OR, there's this one chinese girl i know that owns a manicure place in longkouxi, she can do it for a really cheap price, but she's not as professional as the breathe spa, of course.
My girlfriend does it once in a while, for special occasions, and apparently it's basicly glueing fake eyelashes on top of the original ones, and it is done in any manicure place. From what I've seen it's not painful, but it has to be re-done or removed every few days, otherwise it gets messy and starts poking your eyes, not so pretty and inconvenient.
