Asked me to go to the modem - he said he would send a signal to it. I told him I don't see any blinking lights on the modem.

As a Comcast/Xfinity customer since 2003, I now feel that Xfinity no longer respects its customers. I have two accounts with Xfinity—today, I decided to cancel one.
