3 I have been trying to find a word to describe someone who routinely abuses their workers, and perhaps even more than that, scorns them and sees them as inferior. My first guess was despot but I think that is more routinely used within the context of political leaders. I appreciate any feedback.

Just tried it out myself. Created a new profile through about:profiles and none of the addons, bookmarks, etc, followed over to the new profile.

So I looked for any way to import an old profile to a new version and found instructions on using about:profile (Profile manager). I set up my old profile as the default.
