There is a big difference between a price point and a price, at least in the world of merchandising. A price is the amount that a retailer charges the buyer for a specific item.
'Of' is probably the most used preposition here, but preference is context-dependent. 'A price on' connotes 'a price set/levied on' (probably not the actual words) and is more seller-orientated.
