I assume you are aware of it but for the sake of completion, battery runtimes are sold in amp hours AT THE RATED VOLTAGE FOR THE BATTERY - so you will need to multiply the AH by the voltage of the battery to get the the watt hours - which is more useful. Most UPS manuals will have runtimes at various loads documented.

I don’t know about UPSes specifically but usually boost/bucket converters have terrible efficiency below ~10% load. Of course this should only shorten the battery runtime, not normal power consumption and is probably still relatively insignificant.

I hope you don't mind a link to additional info on installing the Google Play store on the Smart Controller. I used the method outlined and have had no problem. Again, not all Google app store apps will work but others do including Google Maps, Google earth and other mapping software and things that rely on location data.
I personally store my Mini 3 Pro batteries at the 2-1/2 lights level (2 of the 4 lights lit and a third one flashing). And I check them monthly to ensure they aren't self-discharging. You can also buy fireproof Li-Ion storage bags and boxes which in theory will protect your house if a battery decides to go up in flames.
