Billing role definitions The following table describes the billing roles you use to manage your billing account, billing profiles, and invoice sections. Permissions granted at the billing account level have the highest level of permission and will inherit permission on all billing groups and invoice sections under that billing account.
In the Billing account details section, you can change the billing account name by selecting Edit name and then saving the changes. However, if you need to change the organization name (which is different from the billing profile name), you will need assistance from Microsoft support.
If you have access to multiple billing accounts, choose your Microsoft Customer Agreement billing account. Select the billing profile that will be charged for the subscription's usage. Link the subscription's charges to the appropriate invoice section. Choose an Azure Plan from the available options and enter a friendly name for your subscription.

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, you can manage the payment information and billing for your Microsoft 365 subscription. From here you can review your invoices, add a new payment method, or check your other Microsoft billing information.
