I have Android 12 running on a Samsung Galaxy S20 Note, and it worked just fine a couple of days ago. The weather here has taken a turn for the worse, so I can't go check it today.
The DJI Store, Amazon, and B&H are all great options (I shop at all often). As for the best store? Perhaps the one that has the item in stock and can deliver it the fastest. While you probably won't have to return your drone, Amazon and B&H are likely better for returns. And if you're near a Best Buy (might have limited stock in the store), that's a great option too since you can return in person.
While the Android OS is open source and free to anyone to build a hardware device around, Google has strict requirements about what must be present on the device in order to ship with the Google Play Store and other Google services. I assume you are aware of it but for the sake of completion, battery runtimes are sold in amp hours AT THE RATED VOLTAGE FOR THE BATTERY - so you will need to multiply the AH by the voltage of the battery to get the the watt hours - which is more useful. Most UPS manuals will have runtimes at various loads documented.

If the UPS is used for a single PC with maybe <300W the 3kW UPS would already be overkill. I don’t know about UPSes specifically but usually boost/bucket converters have terrible efficiency below ~10% load.
