Looks like the lot just north of Discount Tire just recently sold in January to a KAYTON GRAND ISLAND, LLC. The LLC was formed out of Seward, NE. Anyone have any idea what is being developed?

Re: Grand Island Rumor Mill by Candleshoe » Tue 9:34 am Last I heard it was a green light for four lanes to Broadwell. The BN overpass was built to allow four lanes under it as well, but I haven't heard any plans that far east yet.
Re: Grand Island Rumor Mill by Candleshoe » Mon 4:11 pm New store coming to GI: "It's $5". GI will be the first Nebraska location. Currently have stores in KC metro, Council Bluffs and Sioux City. Location hasn't been announced yet, but it looks like they use a fairly good bit of retail floorspace in their existing stores.
