The web browser version of Google Earth doesn't have the 'Save Image' feature. You have to save a screenshot. Windows includes the Snipping Tool that lets you frame a screenshot quickly. There are other free screen capture tools also. Please use feedback in the app to tell the developers what you'd like to see included. Hope that helps!
