Personally, from my experience, I believe a healthy stock tdi takes closer to 3.5-4.5mg to hot 903 idle with all accessories off in "normal" moderate temps (say 40-70F). Higher/lower temps can, for a variety of reasons, change the IQ a bit.

I had my 14' TDI tuned with Kerma (ecu and dsg) from him and he was able to get me in right away and made everything very simple.
