Wdym shaded reforge? Do you mean the power stone? Cause talisman reforges were removed. Anyway shaded is a decent power although it depends on your other stats and what will keep them balanced.
basically silky=shaded on common shaded>silky on uncommon-rare shaded>everything else on epic on legendary tally, shaded is slightly worse than strong in terms of dmg but shaded offer crit chance Wait, i have strange on my epics for atk speed ._.
I noticed that in common-rare, they give the same crit dmg but shaded gives more strength. Is it even worth getting shaded after the strength nerf? Itchy gives more crit dmg on epic and legendary too
