The Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA) is to register all residents of Lagos State, irrespective of age, gender, ethnicity, religious affiliations or nationality.
The Residents’ Register is an electronic database, currently being developed by the Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA). It contains demographic and biometric information of all residents of Lagos State.

Make sure it’s not blocking file sharing. Restart Network Discovery: Go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change advanced sharing settings, and try turning Network discovery and File sharing off and on again.
