On the teambuilder site is says 256X256 but what are the best demensions to use? 256x256. If you go higher the site will automatically re-size the image for you but it will be done poorly and come out jagged. The secondary logo should be 128x128.

When you import the team, you can use a custom/stock roster or replace the existing team's roster. You just have to upload your team's logos. Re: Is teambuilder only for online dynasty? Another consequence of online-only is that you can only have user control over ONE of your TB teams. A second user has to be a second person who joins your online Dynasty. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but someone on YouTube just confirmed this.
Re: Teambuilder - How do I get rid of the white around logos? You need to save the files as a PNG. This will allow you to keep the transparent background. Also, if you haven't made it already so that the image has the transparent background, then you'll need to remove the background in photoshop, GIMP, or something similar.
