Good morning, all. My PNC Bank accounts have not downloaded any transactions since 2/23/2026. I am using Direct Connect.
Received this OL-297-A error now for the last two days with PNC Bank. All of my other accounts are connecting and downloading just fine.
PNC Bank provides our account information to a third party company called Direct Connect and Quicken downloads our account information from Direct Connect, not PNC.
But for the specific accounts below the PNC Bank - Direct Connect FI on the right side it clearly showed there is an issue with the downloads because of the 10/13/2025 last data date.
Same as everyone else. PNC. Looks like connection working but no transactions in this same timeframe. R66.23 is the latest it says.
The issue is that for some reason Quicken cannot establish an Internet connection with PNC's server(s).
My PNC DC update issues began the evening of 2/19 right after I updated from R65.29 to R66.12 so that makes it look suspiciously like the PNC issues might be related to the R66.12 update.
