Second option is a Mauser M98 custom build by German Waffen Velser. Price is around $6300 USD as pictured. Velser are using old M98 actions, usually DWM, Steyr or FN, Recknagel saftey & trigger together with Lothar Walther barrels. Alternatively, this could even be based on my existing M70.
