Individuals may apply for SNAP online through the FSSA Benefits Portal, by clicking here. Individuals who do not have access to a computer or internet can apply at a local DFR office.
FSSA will begin inviting individuals in July 2025 from the Health and Wellness and PathWays Medicaid Waiver waiting lists each month as long as capacity remains. FSSA must hold slots in reserve during the waiver year for individuals to access the waiver as based on the approved waiver application.
