The PEB is given when you arrive within the first three to four days. Most agencies require the 25 passing score the only one that I know doesn't is BOP. I think it depends once again on the agency if you have to pass at the start or the end, I know some require passing it throughout the entire time you are there. Best thing I can tell you is contact your agency and find out from them.
