The UCs do not request midyear grades and senior year grades are not part of the UC GPA calculation.

Depending on which UCs, it may not matter, if the particular campus admits by division (rather than major, at least for those particular majors) and both majors are in the same division. Some campuses may not consider alternate major at all.
