Giannis made .620 of his 2-pointers last season, and has shot over .640 twice in his career. Wembanyama made .586 of his 2-pointers last season. If Wembanyama has more counters why is he settling for juvenile 3-pointers always? The proof is in the pudding, so either he starts playing manly like Giannis or he stays on the perimeter...
Giannis can score 45ppg, grab 14rbs and play point guard game-in game-out and unless he's playing team ball he makes the Bucks a worse team not better. Point distribution w/o G spreads out properly w/8 or 9 guys in double digits the other day.
Giannis was great for the Bucks right up and until he won a championship. After that, he got it in his head he was a different player. Hero ball become way more normal, jacking 3s, playing with high usage and with low quality passing despite being doubled and tripled. Guys just got sick of playing with him and his act. I think it was pretty clear.

giannis and ball are two of the most fragile players in the league and perhaps a ridiculously poor fit. the heat and the warriors will reload year after year like they always do.

Post #1 » by Mogspan » Mon 6:13 pm With Giannis presumably rehabbing an injury during the All-Star Game, who most deserves to be a replacement selection? Also, something that might surprise people. I think when it comes to athleticism, agility, physical attributes and skill I rate LeBron only in the top 50.
So, Giannis saying he wants a coach that is like Mazzulla or Spanoulis, automatically disqualifies a coach like Ataman, from even being a possibility. This is a totally different thing that Giannis was talking about, than previous comments about Ataman.

Jokic. Giannis has the better offensive player by his side and Jokic still produces basically 50/50+ win teams year in year out. You do know Bucks bat around .500 and positive SRS/net without Giannis during his peak years. Holiday/Lopez/Middleton core at their best with or without DDV + Portis = Playoffs even if Giannis never existed.
MSN: Giannis could shake up the Bucks’ entire offseason with one decision
Wes Edens recently told ESPN that Giannis Antetokounmpo has two paths this summer with the Milwaukee Bucks: "Either he will be extended or he'll be traded." Sounds simple, right? Well, not exactly, as ...
