In short, the KBS $ Taper Light is going to be a bit higher launching than the C-Tpaer Lite and is 10g lighter in the stiff flex. I have played the C Taper lite in a previous set of JPX Forged. I demoed them all while out there, and because I was looking for graphite and wanted to give the TGI a try, I had those put in my T300.
I know the main difference between taper tip and parallel tip is whether or not it fits in the hosel properly. This may well be a stupid question but does parallel or taper tip affect performance at all?

The C-taper lite are also not super common stock offering so I assumed you would have people like myself making the choice to get shafts aftermarket to get the most out of their irons.
