I agree with James, the horn of Africa is a good idea. I don't really know about how he was orphaned. Perhaps his father was taken for the army, and his mother died of starvation (she might've given all of her food to him, so he blames himself)?

How to fix ERR_TIMED_OUT issue When trying to access different websites, I often get "This site can't be reached....ERR_TIMED_OUT". All of the websites can be loaded on same device but in different browser. Issue encounters in incognito mode also. When issue appears, I usually can't even report a bug to Google.
