We just started TTC and the doc put me on Provera to stop an AF cycle that was 63 days long. The next round was to start a cycle, then used Letrozole. From what I’ve read you can even take your BBT after a nap. You just have to do it before you even get up out of bed. Even tossing and turning a lot can disrupt the reading.
