I have a hardware shop - tools, hand tools, power tools, fixings other stuff and we have rental - tools for rent, and also service for tools - specially for Dewalt- Authorised Service for Dewalt. Battery regeneration - new cells and somethimes the pcb. I ike wery much power tools and other things related with it.

Dewalt batteries should have a 3 year warranty from either a receipt or the build date on the battery. I'm not familiar with the charger warranty but it must be at least a 1 year warranty. Ive sent a few in to a factory service center over the years without a receipt just using the date code on the battery and they send out new ones.
My Dewalt 30° cordless framer jams up sometimes, if the lever on top doesn't retract the firing pin I'll give the gun a good shake and it retracts. If you take gun apart you'll notice the firing pin is barely seated in, could easily damage or jump off track. Bad design. I modified to 21° but still same problem.
