I use balanced billing for both PSEG and National Grid. Once you get a year of data with them, it seems very accurate. I did owe $250 more once with PSEG within the first year as they were using the previous owners estimates who had a summer home at the beach and didn't live in the house much in the summer. Helps a lot with National Grid as those winter bills are brutal.
